It is with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Lt. Lance Sanes to Captain.

Over the past three years, Lance has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to our organization, our employees, and most importantly, the patients and communities we serve. Through his strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail, he has consistently distinguished himself as a leader and a role model for those around him.

Recently, Lance successfully completed his Critical Care Paramedic program, further enhancing his clinical knowledge and ability to support our mission of providing high-quality patient care. His dedication to professional growth and continuous improvement reflects the standards of excellence we strive for at Empress.
As Operations Captain, Lance will take on expanded leadership responsibilities and continue to play a key role in supporting our operational teams, strengthening our service delivery, and fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and patient-centered care.
