eSchedule Services

Employees and other designated individuals may use the 3rd party eSchedule software as part of their job function. eSchedule is used to sign-up for shifts, track training hours, and other information relevant to your employment with Empress Ambulance Service Inc.

eSchedule may use any information submitted through their systems differently than Empress Ambulance Service Inc. Please visit their website and review their privacy policy regarding any questions about how this information is handled. (

Student Rotations

This website has a password protected section for medical and EMS students that perform clinical rotations with Empress EMS. Each education site will have a unique username and password which allows students to access this section. In order to coordinate student rotations, we use a 3rd party web service, Appointy Software Inc ( If you opt to use this service, you will need to review their privacy policy as to how your information is handled ( Information submitted through the Appointy service is used by Empress EMS in the following ways:

  • To reserve student rotation slots.
  • To contact you regarding any reserved rotation slots.
  • To contact you or your education site regarding any problems pertaining to your rotations.

Information obtained by Empress EMS through Appointy Software Inc is not shared or released outside of these purposes. Use of Appointy is entirely voluntary.
