Empress Emergency Medical Services and it’s employees hold all necessary and relevant certifications for service within the State of New York. We operate within the framework provided by the New York State Department of Health for EMS agencies.

ALS providers operating as part of Critical Care teams are trained and certified through the CCEMTP program.
Empress has been designated a Gold Level EMS provider by the American Heart Association through their Mission Lifeline program. This is their highest level of recognition and certifies that we have shown exceptional commitment to and success in the treatment of heart attacks.
