Tim Hank has been promoted to Basic Life Support Quality Assurance Lieutenant.
Hank brings a career of service to this role, with more than 30 years as a firefighter and nearly 20 years as an EMT. During his time in EMS, he has served with distinction as an instructor, field training officer, and QA coordinator and has consistently demonstrated the clinical judgment, mentorship, and attention to detail that this position demands.
This promotion reflects Hank’s sustained contribution to our quality assurance operations and his commitment to developing the field personnel he works with.
